Gameweek 12 Predicitons

After a slow start, waiting for the close of the transfer window to bolster his squad, Dave Blair's team have been on fire! He's had a few near misses but he finally gets the chance to predict the outcome of Gameweek 12....

Welsh Galacticos vs Belfast Benfica
Tied at the top, you'd expect a typically cagey affair. Benfica have started well but this is a marathon not a sprint and our Commish has a team well equipped to nudge ahead. Galacticos
Mystic Murph: I'll be praying for a BELFICA win! Fuck you Mahrez and Varrrdddeeeeeyy.

Van Gaal's Gaals vs Predatory Wasps
VGG's desperation in the transfer market was almost as humiliating as their blatant influencing of the admin in GW10. On the pitch it's a wonder they've picked up as many wins as they have with 'dat midfield', an obvious weakness to even the most casual observers. Barring another Pantomime (it's behind you) performance by Pantilimon in goal, Wasps will take the Gaal's to the cleaners. Wasps
Mystic Murph: I have to disagree with Dave again... there's only one Philly Lisk

AV Beasts 2s vs Lisk's Midfield Magicians
The expected return of Bentekkers will give Mike Hardy's men more beast than AVB 2's can handle. Magicians
Mystic Murph: bortaS bIr jablu'DI', reH QaQqu' nay'...... Beasts

Réal IRA vs The Lovely Lamelas
Lamelas have Réal in their sights in this potential six pointer. Neither side are blessed points machine in attack with the possible exceotion of Troy ' Watford's MVP' Deeney leading the line for Real. REAL IRA
Mystic Murph: With Spurs playing Arsenal this week, you have to fancy the RA.

Crouchy's Nachos vs FC Casimir
Firstly, my congratulations to the good Dr. himself, massively well done!
But back to matters at hand, Dr Casimir edged a low scoring nail biter in GW1 by a single point, but since then the Nachos (now without Crouchy) have been transformed, winning four of their last six, and don't intend on settling for mid table mediocrity. NACHOS
MM: McAuleys week is about to turn sour...... Nachos

Kamikaze Pigeons vs Culchie Blues
Another one point thriller back in GW1, Pigeons have strengthened with Otamendi in defence and there's every chance Sanchez is a potential king of the North London derby. Wayne's World looks a little brighter after a midweek goal but it's probably asking too much if Les Bleus are relying on Rooney for the win. PIGEONS
MM: Blues on the slide... Pigeons

A review of Gameweek 11

This week we had the privilege of having Boydo predicting the scores for the Nanofreakz Championship. Unfortunately for Boydo, half the draft was out on the lash for Breandan's stag in Edinburgh. But in some ways its more fun to see how his predictions transpired.....

Gameweek XI Predictions

Welsh Galacticos vs The Lovely Lamelas

Both Welsh Galacticos and the Lovely Lamelas won last weeks fixtures, adding drama to what would otherwise be a top-vs-bottom clash. The Welsh Galacticos will be buoyed by their manager's recent marathon success, leading by example. I can't see the Lovely Lamelas, with the worst points difference in the league, getting anything from this clash.

Prediction: Welsh Galacticos

Culchie Blues vs Lisk's Midfield Magicians (they can make points disappear)

A mid-table clash, both teams with wounded pride after defeats in the last round of fixtures. Lisk's Midfield Magicians team look like they're finding form, with Culchie Blues effectively fielding 10 men given the prominence of Rooney in the starting lineup.

Prediction: Lisk's Midfield Magicians (they can make points disappear)

AVBeasts 2nds vs Belfast Benfica

Despite the league positions telling a different story, the edge must be with AVBeasts 2nds for this fixture. Hazard failing to find form for flailing Chelsea, compared to the goal hungry Sterling seems to be the key battle in the middle for this fixture.

Predition: AVBeasts 2nds

Réal IRA vs Van Gaal's Gals

Only a mad man would take a punt on Van Gaal's Gals this week. Rumors of a proposed transfer mid-week cast a spotlight on the desperation of Mr. Lisk. The return of Silva for Réal IRA, compared to the negative tactics of Lisk's back 5 last week and general foul-play (resulting in a touchline ban), make this the easiest call of the week.

Prediction: Réal IRA

Crouchy's Nachos vs Predatory Wasps

Still smarting from last week's dubious appeal, the Nachos will be keen to take all 3 points. This fixture looks to be a goal-fest, with the combined front 5 of both teams in fine form. Nachos seems to edge the midfield battle thanks to de Bruyne, and are the bookies favourites this week.

Prediction: Crouchy's Nachos.

Kamikaze Pigeons vs FC Casimir

The Kamikaze Pigeons will be looking for a strong Arsenal performance to get anything from this fixture, with a shift from the captain Sanchez a particular focal point. FC Casimir's dependence on Watford's defence, who will face the travelling might of the Hammers, will see them pay close attention to this fixture. Perhaps the tightest fixture this weekend to call, the Pigeons should edge the points by a hair's breadth.

Prediction: Kamikaze Pigeons.
